Near death at 18 months
My arrival on this earth was stormy. Within a few hours I was born, my mother was asleep when the contractions started. I cried for three days. 18 months later, I got the edge of a folding bed on my throat and was in a coma for two days. At 42, I miraculously discovered that I had had a Near Death experience, in which I saw what happens when a life ends with suicide. About this experience I have written a book which describes what happens on the other side when you step out of life in this way. You can read the booklet here. The result of my NDE was that an incredible homesickness filled my being. I wanted to go home, although I didn't know where that was. The rediscovery of this experience explained the homesickness. The homesickness dissolved when I realized that the love I had experienced so strongly and longed for back is also here. And that it's my job to get it flowing here.
Hit rock bottom
For 28 years I worked to build a normal life. All that time, I felt that I didn’t understand what people were so concerned about. I felt like I was from another planet. Until I hit rock bottom and I ended up in a burnout. My spiritual journey had begun with the question: “if this is not it, what about it?”
A Course In Miracles
For eight years I studied the texts of 'A Course In Miracles'. These texts always evoked in me the image of a Chinese vase that had fallen into 10,000 pieces. As a whole, the message must have been very beautiful, and searching to find out how the sentences were meant felt like a life's work. There were always so many ways to interpret a sentence.
The book 'A journey beyond words', which clarifies a part of 'A Course In Miracles', brought me to James Twyman and Jeshua. A participant of his training 'The art of spiritual peacemaking', which I also was a student of, brought me to the texts of 'Christ Returns' Speaks His truth
Christ Returns
The texts of 'Christ Returns', in which the Christ energy speaks colloquially and explains the Truth of Existence, felt like a breath of fresh air. They are so much easier for me to read. Actually, I was already sold when I read the first sentence in the first Letter:

The texts explain that the universe and this earth were created with intention for humans and animals to enjoy and love each other. It dawned on me that this earth is not a coincidence or a mistake. For fifty years, I found life on earth anything but enjoyable and pleasant. The idea from 'a Course In Miracles' that life here was all just a dream and the book about this dream would be closed by itself, was a huge comfort to me.

Here are in joy and abundance
The Truth that everything was created with intention became increasingly clear. For example, YouTube is full of videos that show the activity in a cell. On this siteyou will find a whole collection. How fantastic it is to see how simple molecules perform work as if they were humans.
I therefore embraced the phrase:

"We live in a loving universe

that created everything and for all that It creates

It lovingly fulfills all its needs"

Now that I felt so clearly that this is Truth, I worked to shape this knowing in my life. I did this by studying the texts, meditating daily and becoming proficient in gratitude and a positive attitude. I came to see that really everything has a reason. That nothing happens without my permission. With that, I had found the key to my own happiness. It is possible to take back my consent from unpleasantness and give it to something else.
I also discovered that if I try to do something without asking for guidance first, the outcome was never what I expected. Therefore, now, in everything I do, I do from a constant reaching out for guidance in the undertaking of my life. It is a wave movement of: asking, receiving inspiration, asking how to put the inspiration into the world and only then taking the step. As soon as I forget this, I immediately notice it in the outcome.
All this has resulted in me being able to embrace every challenge that life shows me in peace and relaxation and being offered the right solution.

My journey with 'God'
I too have had my search for a pleasant relationship with the Divine. I thought IT wasn't there. When I realized I couldn't keep that up, I was afraid to consider starting the return trip, because I thought that if I was at the door, the door would be slammed tight in front of my face. Also, I've begged for things I wanted and been angry when I didn't get what I was sure I needed. I have searched, listened and didn't hear until I discovered that all I had to do was be quiet and wait. Now there is a foundation in me. A great KNOWING that the Father-Mother-Life, or Divine, is always there for me. That It has my best interests at heart and knows where my path is much better than anyone else.

Vision
My vision is that only by becoming fully aware of the Intelligence of Divine and letting it guide our lives will we be able to arrive at the world of Love and Peace that everyone so longs for.

Mission
It is therefore my mission to contribute to a world where Divine is prominently present. This means that we come to recognize that Divine is the only one who knows how to solve challenges permanently, everyone is fully responsible for the unfolding his/her life and death is a transition to another dimension that everyone has made many times.
As my personal mission, I see it to become the spiritual being I am meant to be.

Earthly spirituality
The way I approach spirituality is always a combination of connecting and relying on the unseen with action and taking responsibility in the earthly. That means going into silence, being inspired. And also, going out into the world and doing what you were inspired to do. Reliable, honest and at the same time not letting perfectionism drive you crazy. "We're all here for a reason, so are you," is my motto.

Tarot in Song4YourSoul
This story is not complete without mentioning other two important loves in my life: tarot and Song4YourSoul.
The tarot I discovered 30 years ago. At friends' house there was a stack of cards with the images down. They had an irresistible attraction to me. As soon as I turned them over and looked at them, I knew I had seen these cards before. The meaning of many cards came spontaneously to mind. From the love for tarot and numerology I developed the taroscope. Over a period of 20 years, the system grew into a way to provide insight into your talents, your biggest growth point, your home and how you can face the outside world.

Song4YourSoul is the name I chose for my way of intuitive singing. This way of singing focuses on creating sounds that are alive in your, without wanting to put any judgment or direction to them. This way of sounding, as it is also called, suits me very well. In the Voice Liberation training and in two workshops SoulVoice® I gained a lot of experience in this and learned new ways of expression. Song4YourSoul also adds the spiritual layer by making powerful use of silence and stillness.
